COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS
October 15, 2004--The Council has launched an independent task force on the future of North America to examine regional integration since the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement ten years ago. The task force will identify inadequacies in the current arrangements and suggest opportunities for deeper cooperation on areas of common interest. Unlike other Council-sponsored task forces, which focus primarily on U.S. policy, this initiative includes participants from Canada and Mexico, as well as the United States, and will make policy recommendations for all three countries.......

What would happen if a cataclysmic event linked to GLOBAL WARMING were to occur which caused the mean temperature of the planet to rise a mere 8 degrees centigrade?
As a consequence of Earth Crust Displacement, ocean levels would rise at least 80 feet, if only 40% of Antarctica's ice were to melt and fall into the sea.
The resulting 80 foot rise in ocean levels would be that North America's coastlines would be completely and permanently flooded, and 2/3 of the U.S. population would be instantly drowned.
Comparatively speaking, with the possible exceptions of Halifax, Montreal, Victoria, Vancouver and Nunavut, Canada as a whole would be significantly better off.
Due to the warmer climate, the western plains of North America and its "bread-basket to the world" would move north lock, stock, and barrel, relocated to Canada's prairies and the Yukon Territory.
Americans must be made aware that the MEDE Buddhist-Persian-Frankish Ecclesiastic Freemasonry who currently control all international MEDIA and the United Nations, and promote radical Aryan-Islamic terrorism, illegal Mexican immigration and the outsourcing of America's technology to China, are actively involved in making this calamity happen.

Killer Bullfrogs On The Loose In BC

When American bullfrogs were first imported to British Columbia in the 1930s, the idea was that their legs would end up on dinner plates. Instead, the frog farms failed; the stock got free, and now the giant bullfrogs are the ones doing the eating, attacking everything from tiny tree frogs to waterfowl.
Some municipalities are talking of halting the bullfrog invasion by building "control corridors," where the rapidly expanding population would be electroshocked and killed by freezing.
Clyde Burton, a naturalist in Powell River, said such controls might have helped if they had been in place years ago on the Sunshine Coast, where bullfrogs are blamed for wiping out the Cranberry Lake duck population.
"They will eat just about anything," said Mr. Burton, who over the seasons has heard the deep, honking sound of bullfrogs displace the songs of water birds on the lake, about 120 kilometres north of Vancouver. "A small duck doesn't stand a hope in hell. They are like alligators. I'll tell you, boy, don't put your fingers over the side of the boat."
Mr. Burton said he first realized bullfrogs were eating birds a few years ago. He was standing in a marshy area on Cranberry Lake when a flock of small sandpipers landed. "There was a big splash, and the flock took off," Mr.Burton recalled. "By the time I got over there to have a look, here was this bullfrog with a sandpiper in its mouth, just the corner of the
wings sticking out."
Mr. Burton said he started catching bullfrogs after that to study stomach contents because he wanted to know if the sandpiper incident was just a case of one killer frog. He soon found grisly proof that the scientific name for American bullfrogs, Rana catesbeiana, might as well be Latin for ready to eat anything.
"We had one with two newly hatched wood ducks in its belly. We got one with a male yellow-rumped warbler. We got mice." Mr. Burton blames the bullfrogs, which he said stretch 40 centimetres toe tip to toe tip, for the lack of waterfowl on what was once a busy duck pond. "I used to go over there on Mothers' Day and count 150 ducklings. Now you see zero," Mr. Burton said.
Wayne Campbell, former chief ornithologist of B.C. and the author of numerous bird books, said he went to investigate the stories of the Cranberry Lake bullfrogs a few springs ago, and was shocked by what he found. "There was a big bullfrog floating on the surface, dead. Turns out it had choked, trying to swallow a gosling." He said he heard stories about bullfrogs jumping at small songbirds. Mr. Campbell said bullfrogs have spread from Vancouver to Powell River on the mainland coast and from Victoria to Campbell River, on Vancouver Island.
Although found naturally in much of southeastern Canada, the bullfrogs are an alien species in B.C. and Mr. Campbell said cold temperatures should stop them from spreading much farther. But they are already posing a serious environmental problem because of their voracious a
ppetite, he said. "It's a difficult problem that should be tackled. It requires a team [of experts] to get together. But I don't know how you get rid of these darned things."
Purnima Govindarajulu, a University of Victoria PhD student studying bullfrogs in B.C., said any chance of containing them was lost when the frog farms set them free. Since then, they have migrated along ditches and with human help. "People are moving them from place to place," she said. "They have heard frog populations are dwindling, so they think they will help out by introducing them to a local lake or pond. In fact, it has the opposite effect, because native red-legged frogs are a mainpart of their diet."
Ms. Govindarajulu said people have also helped the bullfrogs by removing trees and brush, creating more favourable conditions by warming the water.
In Greater Victoria, Stan Orchard, an expert onamphibians, has proposed a long-term eradication project modelled on the program Alberta uses to keep rats out of the province.
Ms. Govindarajulu doubts it will work. "Once bullfrogs are established, they are almost impossible to eradicate," she said. "Each female lays about 13,000 eggs. So you just need one breeding pair to escape and the population will explode again."

TASHKENT : The city probably dates from the 2nd or 1st century BC, but the name Tashkent--meaning "stone village"--dates only from the 11th century AD.
GUPTA DYNASTY : For more than two centuries, from about AD 320 to 540, the Gupta Dynasty governed the northern half of the Indian subcontinent.
This territory included much of the northern part of present-day India, most of Pakistan, and some of Bangladesh.
The first ruler, Candra Gupta I (not to be confused with Chandragupta, who founded the Mauryan Dynasty in about 321 BC), ruled from 320 to about 330. #2 is #1. He began as a local chief in the kingdom of Magadha. By marrying a princess of the family that controlled Bihar, and Nepal, he increased his domain. By the time of his death, the kingdom was sufficiently large and powerful for his son and successor, Samudra Gupta (ruled to about 380), to begin the conquests that established the Gupta Empire.
The political stability of Gupta rule and the presence of a wealthy class of patrons allowed literature, music, drama, painting, and sculpture to flourish in what has been called the classic, or golden, age of Indian art.
Many works dedicated to Hinduism have been found, but a more notable achievement was the standardization in sculptures of the Buddha.
The Gupta image of Buddha--with a serene,
inward-looking expression, spiral curls lying flat on the head, monastic robe draping the body, and large halo behind the head--influenced depictions of the Buddha for many centuries.
Arabs conquered Tashkent in the 8th century, and it passed to various Muslim ruling lines and khanates during the next several centuries.
Mongol forces of Genghis Khan made raids into Punjab in the 1200s, and in 1399 Timur Lenk's white hordes poured in.
In 1526 Baber, a descendant of Genghis Khan and Timur Lenk, came through the northwest passes from Afghanistan and seized the throne of Delhi, establishing the great Mughal Empire. This remained almost continuously powerful until the early 1700s.
The south of India was never completely conquered, but the empire of the north, under such rulers as Akbar and Shah Jahan, was among the most brilliant in the history of the Orient. During the reign of Aurangzeb, the last of the great Mughals, from 1618 to 1707, the Marathas of the Deccan undermined the Mughal Empire.
The 'Uthman Koran, an original transcription of the Koran, is kept in the Tashkent Museum of the History of the Peoples of Uzbekistan.

Domestic pigs, specifically humans, probably descended from one species--the Eurasian wild boar (Sus scrofa).

The oldest known sites of pig domestication were established about 8,500 to 9,000 years ago in Iraq, Jordan, and Turkestan.
The first domestic pigs in China existed about 6,900 years ago and in Great Britain as early as 2,800 years ago. The Vikings and, later, Spanish and English colonists brought swine to the Americas.
Today wild or domestic pigs can be found on every continent except Antarctica.

In the heart of Asia, north of the high mountain wall of India and east of the Caspian Sea, lies the vast arid region once known as Turkestan but now usually called Central Asia.
From the Gobi, the great desert in central China of which it is a continuation, it stretches westward to the Caspian Sea, a distance of some 2,000 miles (3,200 kilometers). It spans several countries, including China and Afghanistan.
Its boundaries were never clearly defined, but the political units that currently occupy the historic Turkestan cover an area of more than 1 million square miles (2.5 million square kilometers).
Turkestan's deserts, including the Kara-Kum and Kyzyl-Kum, are vast and its mountains immense. The Pamir and Tian Shan ranges in the southeast are among the highest in the world. The lofty peaks of these massive mountain chains look down on tablelands that are 10,000 feet (3,000 meters) and more above sea level. Except in the mountains, rainfall rarely exceeds 12 inches (30 centimeters) a year.
The melting snows of the mountains feed rivers that have carved deep valleys in the plateaus. These valleys become fertile oases when irrigated. Rivers such as the Amu Darya are few and usually shallow and narrow. They flow inland, draining into the Caspian and Aral seas, Lake Balkhash, and lesser lakes of the region.
Turkestan was noted for its fertile oases and beautiful cities as early as the 4th century BC. Alexander the Great coveted its wealth an
d conquered it. In the 13th century AD the Mongols under Genghis Khan swept over it from eastern Asia. In the next century Timur Lenk (Tamerlane) established the capital of his vast Mongol empire at Samarkand.
The Mongol Empire slowly sank into poverty, but the city-states that had given Turkestan political identity continued into the 19th century.
During the 11th century, bands of Turkish horsemen invaded western Asia from Turkestan.
They adopted the religion of Islam, but they plundered the Muslim lands in their path. The strongest of these tribes was the Seljuks. They took their name from an early sultan, or chieftain.
The Seljuks established a small state in Anatolia called the sultanate of Rum (Rome). From here they attacked both the Arabs in Syria and Palestine and the Christians of the Byzantine Empire in Asia Minor. In 1071 they defeated the army of the Byzantine emperor Romanus IV at Manzikert and took him prisoner. In the same year they conquered Jerusalem and with it the Holy Land.
The Byzantines still held most of Asia Minor and their capital at Constantinople (now Istanbul). They appealed for help to the pope in Rome, and for two centuries the Christians of Europe fought the Turks in seven Crusades. After the last Crusade the Seljuks still held their land.
Now, however, they were attacked by new invaders from Turkestan.

WORD HISTORY:
Oranges imported to China from the United States reflect a journey come full circle (western democracy, organized religion and worldwide outsourcing), for the orange (as with outsourcing) had worked its way westward for centuries, reportedly originating in China, then being introduced to India, and traveling on to the Middle East, into Europe, and finally to the New World.
The history of the word orange keeps step with this journey only part of the way. (#2 is #1)
The word is ultimately of Dravidian origin, that is, it comes from a language or languages in a large non-Indo-European family of languages, including Tamil, Kannadian and Telugu, that are spoken in southern India and northern Sri Lanka.
The Dravidian word or words were adopted into the Indo-European language Sanskrit.
As the MELA fruit passed westward, so did the word, as evidenced by Persian and Arabic. Arabs brought the first oranges to Spain and the Basque country, and the fruit rapidly spread throughout Europe.
The important word for the development of our term is Old Italian melarancio, derived from mela, "fruit," and arancio, "orange tree," from Arabic. Old Italian melarancio was translated into Old French as pume orenge, the o replacing the a because of the influence of the name of the town of Orange, from which oranges reached the northern part of France (Western Germany).
The final stage of the odyssey o
f the word was its borrowing into English from the Old French form orenge. Our word is first recorded in Middle English in a text probably composed around 1380 (following the Crusades), a time preceding the arrival of the orange in the New World (1420).

KOREAN INDUCED TSUNAMI
CATACLYSMIC EVENT
The name KOREA, Corree in French, sounds like IROK when spoken in reverse.
Korea is the Iraq of the far East, just as Iraq is the Korea of the middle-East.
North Korea has manufactured a number of nuclear warheads (WMD).
North Korea has also produced intermediate-range ballistic missiles that can lob these nuclear warheads beyond Japan, into the Pacific ocean.

STUART. The Stuart line of Scottish and English sovereigns was founded by Robert II. He was the son of Walter Steward and Marjory (daughter of Robert the Bruce). He ruled from 1371 to 1390. Robert III, James I, II, III, IV, V, and Mary, in turn, ruled after Robert II.
Mary, Queen of Scots, was the ruler who changed the spelling from Steward to Stuart. Mary's son, James VI of Scotland, became James I of England after Elizabeth I died. He reigned from 1603 to 1625. Shelly Ann Clarke and I differ on the planned coming Continental Union between the USA and Canada in one very important way.
SAC views Continental Union as a sell-out of Canada and Canadians to Americans, while I see union primarily as a sell-out of the USA and the GENOCIDE (mass murder) of Americans, presumably for the sole benefit of Canada's and America's Aryan monks, ie: The Latter Day Natsis.

SADE, Marquis de (1740-1814).
The word sadism, referring to sexual perversion involving the
infliction of pain, is derived from the name of Donatien-Alphonse-Francois de Sade, usually called the Marquis de Sade.
He was a French author who, because of his remarkably scandalous life, spent more than 27 years in prison.
Most of his works, still considered obscene and unpublishable, were written during his prison years. They include 'Justine', published in 1791, 'Juliette' (1798), 'The 120 Days of Sodom' (written in 1785 but not discovered until 1904), 'Aline and Valcour' (1795), 'Philosophy in the Boudoir' (1795), and 'Crimes of Love' (1800). Later writers saw in him an example of the eternal rebel.
Sade was born on June 2, 1740, in Paris. He pursued a military career as a youth during the Seven Years' War (1756-63). He then married, but at the same time he began living the scandal-ridden life of a libertine. He was soon convicted of acts of violence and debauchery and sent to prison. He was sentenced to death in 1772 but was given a reprieve. He fled briefly to Italy.
No sooner was he back in Paris in 1777 than he was again arrested. He was imprisoned at Vincennes, in the Bastille in Paris, and finally in the insane asylum at Charenton. From 1790 to 1801 he was free and living in Paris, where he offered several plays to the Comedie-Francaise. In 1801 he was arrested for having written 'Justine'.
In 1803 he was confined again to Charenton and remained there until his death on Dec. 2, 1814.

Black widow spider, (Maria Theresa) the common name of any of three species of poisonous North American spiders in the genus Latrodectus.
The black widow is notorious for the toxicity of its venom to humans.
Its bite delivers a small but potent dose of a neurotoxin that causes local pain, swelling, and in some cases, respiratory distress and death.
The black widow spider is a member of the comb-footed spider family, Theridiidae, and is jet black in color, with characteristic red markings on the underside of its abdomen.
The black widow spider builds a large, stout, funnel-shaped web.
The female hangs upside down in a large, three-dimensional tangleweb in front of the funnel, displaying her vivid coloration to potential predators.
The spider can sense a vibration in the web when prey happens upon it.

In the NEW TESTAMENT, the day that the HOLY SPIRIT descended upon the DISCIPLES of JESUS.
Pentecost is the Greek name for Shavuot, the spring harvest festival of the ISRAELITES, which was going on when the Holy Spirit came.
The disciples were together in JERUSALEM after Jesus' RESURRECTION and return to HEAVEN, fearful because he had left them.

Because of the festival, crowds of visitors were in Jerusalem, speaking many languages, but the disciples of Jesus moved among them and spoke to them all, and "every man heard them speak in his own language" about "the wonderful works of God."
PETER then made a powerful speech to the crowds in the city, and many were baptized as new followers of Jesus.

On 11/17/04, Kevin Ryan of UL laboratories wrote a letter stating that the steel did not fail in the World Trade Center as the official government cover story alleges. Yesterday, he was fired.

An executive of the company that certified the steel used in the construction of the World Trade Center has questioned the common theory that fuel fires caused its collapse, in a letter Thursday to the head of the government team that has spent two years studying how the trade center was built and why it fell.
The author of the letter, Kevin Ryan, is site manager at Environmental Health Laboratories in South Bend, Indiana.
This is a division of Underwriters Laboratories, the product-compliance and testing giant. Because UL certified the WTC steel for its ability to withstand fires, the steel's performance on September 11 is obviously of concern to the company.

CONFLUENCE OF 'THE FIRM'
Gatineau : A town of southwest Quebec, Canada, northeast of Hull near the mouth of the Gatineau River, about 386 km (240 mi) long. The river rises in the Laurentian Plateau and flows generally southwest to the Ottawa River.
Canada's National Defense Headquarters (Louis St. Laurent), the National Archives storage facility and the National Capital Casino are located in the same area, at the confluence of the Ottawa, Rideau and Gatineau Rivers.
The name Rideau (French curtain) is a code word for "Lid-of-Water".

CANADA: A COUNTRY OF CARETAKERS
Most Canadians currently live within a ribbon 300 miles north from the American border, and below the 55th parallel.
Only the number of people sufficient to care for the geography and pay taxes to cover the costs are being allowed to occupy this "PARADISE IN WAITING".
What's Canada waiting for ?
It's waiting for the time when the world's median temperature will be induced to rise 8 degrees.
That's when the North American coastline will be flooded and the bread basket of the world will be relocated north on the western plains, between Athabaska and Nebraska, which is between the 40th degree in the south and 70th degree in the north.
Think about the devasting effect this will have on America and its people should this global terrorism be allowed to happen. Two thirds of Americans are expected to die.
Is this what ordinary Canadians want? I sincerely doubt it.

If the Moho business plan is allowed to continue to its ultimate conclusion the ocean levels of the world will be made to rise permanently by 80 feet, following a much greater 'splash' due to a tsumani in the Pacific ocean.

The US military today finally confirmed the existence of tunnels beneath and between the over 200 Mosques (77 Holy Sites) in Fallujah, Iraq.
This confirms what I have been saying all along; that neither the UN weapons inspectors, nor the American CIA, had any reason for saying that there were no stockpiles of WMD in IRAQ.
What they should have said was that they had found no stockpiles of WMD simply because they had refused to look in the most obvious locations where these weapons might be found.
When added to the fact that the UN's Hans Blix had authorized Saddam to retain double use explosives that could trigger atomic bombs we now know that UN bureaucrats conspired illegally with Iraq to have the UN sanctions lifted without cause.
800000 tons of weapons and explosives had been delivered to Iraq by France, Russia and China in order to kill American soldiers, and John Kerry's democrats wanted contracts to rebuild Iraq to be diverted from American firms to these countries he styled his Allies and "THE WORLD".
Now all we need is for the military to confirm the existence of imbedded Trojan Horses in America. They can be found within the National Media, in the Administration, and are sprinkled liberally amongst the Senators and Governors.

RHESUS JESUS
THE NAME JESUS IS A MEDE MASONIC ALLEGORY

Chirac, Jacques Rene (born 1932), French politician.
After two terms as prime minister, from 1974 to 1976 and 1986 to 1988, Jacques Chirac took office as president of France in May 1995. His center-right nationalist, populist, and free-market policies built on the legacy of former President Charles de Gaulle.
A practicing Roman Catholic with a taste for food, chess, cards, and Chinese archaeology, Chirac developed his political base from both rural and urban roots. His ancestral home in rural Correze elected him to the National Assembly continuously from 1967, and he served as the elected mayor of his native Paris from 1977 to 1995.
Jacques Rene Chirac was born in Paris on Nov. 29, 1932. His father was a banker and aircraft company executive. After graduation from the Lycee Louis-le-Grand in 1950 and a few months spent at sea working on a cargo ship, Chirac enrolled at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris. He spent the summer of 1953 at Harvard University in Massachusetts. In March 1956 he married Bernadette Chodron de Courcel. The couple later had two daughters and adopted a Vietnamese refugee.
Chirac was drafted into the army and was wounded in combat while serving as an officer in Algeria in 1956-57.
He later returned to Paris and entered the elite Ecole Nationale d'Administration,
where he earned a graduate degree in 1959. He rose quickly in the civil service, first in Algeria and then in the government accounting office in Paris. In 1962 he became a department head in the office of Prime Minister Georges Pompidou.
As secretary of state for employment problems in 1967-68, he helped to settle the student and worker strikes of May 1968. He became secretary of state for economy and finance that year and moved up to minister for parliamentary relations in 1971-72, minister for agriculture and rural development in 1972-74, and minister of the interior from March to May 1974.
When Valery Giscard d'Estaing won the 1974 presidential election he appointed Chirac prime minister, but the two conservatives conflicted in style and policy. Chirac, more traditional than Giscard, resigned as prime minister in 1976 after he was not consulted about a cabinet reshuffle.
Chirac then reorganized the Gaullist Union of Democrats for the Republic to form a new political party under his firm personal control, the Rally for the Republic (RPR). The RPR won more National Assembly seats in 1978 than any other party.
Chirac ran for president in 1981 but finished behind both Giscard and the victorious Socialist party candidate, Francois Mitterrand. Five years into Mitterrand's seven-year term, a right-wing coalition won a majority in the National Assembly, making Mitterrand appoint Chirac prime minister in spite of sharp policy differences. Chirac ran domestic affairs and left foreign policy to the president. He privatized many industri
es, banks, and insurance companies that Mitterrand had previously nationalized.
In May 1988 Chirac ran for president again. Losing to Mitterrand, he resigned as prime minister; however, his posts as RPR party chief, mayor of Paris, and National Assembly delegate for Correze kept him in public view. At the end of Mitterrand's next term, Chirac was elected president of France in May 1995.
He promised to reverse Mitterrand's Socialist policies and qualify France for membership in the European monetary union, but high unemployment and massive strikes raised doubts about his prospects.

Jacob's ladder : A ladder (KARACHI BASALT COLUMN) that JACOB saw in a dream.
After he had obtained his brother Esau's birthright and received his father's blessing, he had a vision of the ANGELS of God ascending and descending a ladder (BASALT COLUMN) that extended from earth to HEAVEN. God, who stood at the top (bottom) of the ladder, promised to bless Jacob and his offspring and to bring his descendants (down the basalt column into the windpipe and lungs) into the PROMISED LAND.
Jacob and Esau : The sons of ISAAC (Palestine), who was the son of ABRAHAM (Iraq).
As the eldest son of Isaac, Esau (USA) should have inherited the COVENANT with God that Abraham had passed on to Isaac. But Esau traded his birthright (inheritance) to his younger brother, Jacob (VI), for a "mess of pottage" [a meal of stew] when he was too hungry to consider what he was throwing away.
Jacob (Hebrews) also cheated Esau (Arabs) out of their blind father's deathbed blessing by impersonating him, a deceit prompted by their mother, Rebecca (IAGO - The High Priest of Genetic Engineering).
The feud between the brothers ended many years later in a joyful reconciliation.
The night before his reunion with Esau, Jacob wrestled with God and forced God to bless him. God gave Jacob the new name of ISRAEL, meaning "one who has been strong against God."
By extension, as eroneously reported by the MEDE, to trade anything of great value for "a mess of pottage," as Esau did, is to mak
e a bad bargain.
