CCRA's Lee DeL'Orme, Walter Baker formerly of Public Works Canada and Justice Canada's Morris Rosenberg don't want me to tell you either. Instead they, as many others in the past 17 years, have tried to prevent me from telling you what I've discovered when I broke their Desdemona type face code symbolism and the Francis Bacon allegory written in the King James Bible and the works of Billy (Goat/Ram) Shakespeare.

The three questions you should ask all three of these "PILLARS" of society, the police and the newsmen are:

What did you say when you were told? 
What did you do when you were told? 
What did you not do, that you should have done when you were told?

Denegrate and insult Glen Kealey is what they usually do. Try to get him locked up in a loonie bin or jail is what they did.

Did they ask about the codes? No they did not. Did they send an expert in ciphers to look at the possibility that I was right? No they didn't. Did they recruit others to call me crazy? Yes they did.

Yet I predicted that a disaster would occur linked to EASTER, the Pentecost and Independence Day in the US (+4 or -4). It happened in London (+4) on July 7, 2005.

But today is another day. They get a second chance, this time to save Ottawans from cataclysmic disaster. Will they try and save you this time?

At 11:40am I delivered a package to the Ottawa Police Department for the Anti-Terrorism Squad. It was received by an officer #1627 who was at the counter because he has "a broken leg and a grade 4 reading capacity". Will the package reach the Anti-Terrorism Squad? Only if they read this posting or you call to remind them.

At 11:30am I delivered a copy of my Statement of Net Worth to our Webmaster -Visual Technologist, Vlad Vrkhovsky, to be posted on our web site, containing the response I sent by registered mail to Revenue Canada's Lee DeL'Orme, their top TOLLGATER and EXTORTION MEDUSA.

Finally, at 12:19pm I also dropped off a copy of the documents at the front desk of The Ottawa Citizen for Collin Wood, the local rag which was full of "underhanded" compliments for me in 1991 when I had former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney's band of 16 crooks arrested.

Keep your ears and eyes open to how they will respond this time ...and remember it again once you are faced with a cataclysm 100 times worse than what occured in London this week.

NASA (Able) To Pinpoint Sea Levels

NASA scientists are able to identify for the first time how rapidly sea level is changing through a series of new satellites and observation systems, agency officials announced yesterday.

The question of rising sea levels, which is linked to global warming, could prove critical in coming years as policymakers seek to protect imperiled U.S. coastal areas and communities overseas. Waleed Abdalati, who heads the Cryospheric Sciences Branch at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, said yesterday that more than 100 million people could be affected by a three-foot increase in sea level.

"When you consider this information, the importance of learning how and why these changes are occurring becomes clear," Abdalati said at a news conference.

Scientists have been directly measuring sea level since the early 1900s. But until recently they lacked the ability to determine how much these shifts reflected the movement of nearby land.

Four years ago, according to Laury Miller, chief of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's satellite altimetry laboratory, experts could provide only a range of estimates for how much sea level has increased over the past century. They now know the sea has risen for the past 50 years at a rate of .07 of an inch each year, accelerating to an annual rate of 0.12 of an inch the past dozen years.

NASA is using a range of tools to gauge sea level shifts, including satellites that fire lasers at an ice sheet's surface to determine its elevation and two satellites that fly in formation to measure how the land mass is changing below. Some of this technology dates back to 1993; the government launched other programs two years ago.

More than half the recent sea level rise comes from melting ice bodies, according to NASA scientists, while much of the remaining rise stems from warmer ocean temperatures. As ocean temperature rises, its water expands, they said.

Scientists are using new technology to monitor disappearing ice shelves and moving glaciers: One 10,000-year-old ice shelf in the Antarctic peninsula recently melted in just three weeks, according to NASA scientist Eric Rignot.

"These glaciers are melting much faster than we thought," said Rignot, principal scientist for the radar science and engineering section at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Scientists who back mandatory cuts in heat-trapping gases linked to climate change, such as Princeton University professor Michael Oppenheimer, cite such statistics in making the case for immediate action. Americans living along the coasts of Florida and Louisiana are vulnerable to higher sea levels, they say, as are residents of Bangladesh and elsewhere.

"The message is, global warming is not something for the future," Oppenheimer said in a telephone news conference Wednesday sponsored by the advocacy group Environmental Defense Fund. "Global warming is happening already."

Richard Alley, a professor at Pennsylvania State University's EMS Environment Institute, said once scientists accumulate more information through these technological advances, they can give the public a better sense of how climate change may affect their lives.

"Right now, we don't know enough to scare, but we don't know enough to reassure, either," Alley said.

The archipelago of the Canaries consists of seven main islands, having a total area of less than 6 percent of the size of Louisiana,lying about sixty-five miles west of 
Morocco in Northern Africa. 

They were formed as a result of volcanic activity.

The ancient natives of the Canary Islands were the Guanches. The origin of the Guanches has mystified scholars. The earliest Gaunche inhabitants have been described as robust, fair skinned, and handsome. 

Recent studies classify the people into two groups called Cro-Magnon and Mediterranean. See grantee n.Law. One (Scandanavian Giants) to whom a grant is made.

King Juba named the islands for the dogs, canine in Latin being canaria. The well-known songbirds derive their name from the islands rather than giving it to them.

After the collapse of the Roman era, the islands disappeared from recorded history for nearly a thousand year. 

The Genoese arrived in 1291, followed by the Portuguese in 1341, and the Majorcans in 1342.

Beginning in the fourteenth century, the Europeans often sacked and enslaved the natives. Gaunches were sold as slaves before 1400 in Seville and Valencia and though the fifteenth century. The Spanish crown of Fernando and Isabella finally defeated the remaining Guanches and the Canaries came under Spanish control. 
Spanish names, religion, and customs were forced upon the Gaunche. Spanish nobles seized the best agricultural lands, treating the Gaunches in the most barbaric manner, coercing them into serfdom. 

Economic conditions deteriorated.

The native tenant farmers and their families were starving as war erupted in the English colonies of North America in 1776.

Spain's vast Louisiana colony in 1763 had only approximately eleven thousand people, less than half of whom were white. England seized several Spanish boats on Lake Ponchartrain in May 1777. 

In August 1777, the Spanish Crown commanded the governor and commandant general of the Canary Islands to enlist seven hundred men for service in Louisiana.

Emigration to Louisiana offered to the islanders opportunity to escape the deplorable conditions in which they lived. More than three hundred inhabitants of Gomera chose to leave for Louisiana. The recruits appear 
to have come from five of the seven islands: Hierro and Fuertenventura yielded no volunteers.

Louisiana Governor Bernardo de Galvez welcomed the first group of Canary Islanders in November 1778. He decided to employ all the immigrant-recruits as settlers only, because of the impossibility of keeping the married recruits in the regiments with their large families.

He established the first community, Valenzuela, on Bayou Lafourche, just past Donaldsonville. Today, this is the site of Belle Alliance plantation, and there is an historical marker marking this site as Valenzuela.

Sugar cane was brought from the Canary Islands and introduced into Louisiana agriculture. Canary Illanders have labored in the sugar industry continuously and have had a large part in making the industry the success it is today.

After one year and $180,000.00, they concluded that the reason the head waslarger than the shaft was to give the man more pleasure during sex.

After the US published the study, France decided to do their own study. After $250,000.00, and 3 years of research, they concluded that the reason was to give the woman more pleasure during sex.

Canada, unsatisfied with these findings, conducted their own study. After 2 weeks and a cost of around $75.46 and 2 cases of beer, they concluded that it was to keep a man's hand from flying off and hitting him in the forehead.
