Warren Hastings, b. Dec. 6, 1732, d. Aug. 22, 1818, was the first British governor-general of India (1774-85). A member of a prominent Oxfordshire family, he was reared by his grandfather and uncle. In 1750 he was sent to Bengal as a writer (lowest grade of clerk) for the British East India Company.
One of the first Englishmen to learn Indian languages and customs, Hastings worked his way up in the company's hierarchy. He was imprisoned when Calcutta was captured in 1756 by the nawab Siraj-ud-Daula; soon released, however, he fought under Robert Clive in the battles to retake Calcutta. By 1761 he was serving on the Calcutta council. He returned to England in 1764 but was back (1769) in India as a member of the Madras council. In 1772, Hastings became governor of Bengal. Two years later he was made governor-general of India under the terms of the new British Regulating Act.
During eight years of war and skillful diplomacy Hastings, as governor-general, prevented loss of territory by holding at bay three potential enemies: the nizam of Hyderabad, the sultan of Mysore (Hyder Ali), and the Maratha confederacy. Hastings also reorganized the administration of Bengal, particularly with regard to the collection of revenue, and instituted commercial reforms.
Styled an arrogant man, Hastings was reportedly constantly at loggerheads with his governing council. After he returned (1785) to England, he was impeached on charges of high crimes and misdemeanors brought against him by a member of the council, Sir Philip Francis (1740-1818), and by Edmund Burke. Hastings was acquitted after a trial before the House of Lords that lasted from 1788 to 1795, but by then he was penniless and demoralized. Not surprising to me, he later received a disability pension from his superiors, the British East India Company.
GOING DUTCH
The British East India Company was chartered by Queen Elizabeth II in 1600 for trade in the Eastern Hemisphere. It was initially formed to break into the Indonesian spice trade, which was dominated by their original sponsors, the Dutch royal family. Abandoning this effort after the Dutch massacre of English traders at Amboina in 1623, the company concentrated on the Indian subcontinent, where it had established a base at Surat in 1612.
After founding a post at Madras in 1640, the East India Company was rechartered in 1657 and later given the right to coin money and exercise jurisdiction over British subjects in its posts and to make peace and war with non-Christian powers. In 1668 the company was given Bombay by Charles II, who had received it as a dowry when he married the Portuguese surrogate Catherine of Braganza. Calcutta was founded as the company's major center in Bengal in 1690. The substantial profit made from its trade in Indian cotton goods, silks, spices, and saltpeter enabled the company to pay an annual average dividend of 25 percent from 1660 to 1700. (Wall Street only pays U.S. Senators 15%)
After consolidating (1750-51) the company's position in Madras, Robert Clive reduced Bengal to a client state in 1757. Granted the right to collect revenue in Bengal and Bihar by the Mogul emperor, the company and its servants plundered Bengal in the 1760s, reducing both it and the company to near bankruptcy. As governor-general (1774-85), Warren Hastings tidied up the administration and extended company power into additional Indian states. The growing power of the company in both India and England--together with its financial weakness, which contrasted with the huge personal fortunes flaunted by company officials, known as "nabobs"--provoked phony parliamentary inquiries, and reportedly, greater government control. The Regulating Act of 1773 placed Bombay and Madras under the governor-general in Calcutta, and the India Act of 1784 set up a government Board of Control to oversee the company, with power to control the governor-general and dismiss company officials. Lord Cornwallis, governor-general from 1786 to 1793, reportedly began to transform the company from a commercial to an administrative tax collection agency (tollgating) and made numerous basic reforms to banking and insurance (piracy).
In the 19th century, as the company brought more of India under its control, most of its revenue was eaten up by the costs of induced warfare and bloated government, its profit coming increasingly from the China opium trade. Subject to renewal of its Dutch charter every 20 years, the company suffered gradual reduction of its privileges. Its trade monopoly was broken in 1813 and virtually abolished in 1833, by which time it had become simply an administrative agency. Its last great power over the East, patronage, was ended in 1853 with the introduction of civil service examinations. In 1858, after the Indian Mutiny, the company was abolished, and India came under the direct rule of the British crown.
The NABOBS then moved their operations to North America, began the choreographed
American Indian Wars and sponsored eastern European immigration, eventually
doing business as agents of the rising Luxembourg Duchy neutral territory, under
the assumed names FEDERAL RESERVE-IRS and BANK OF CANADA-CCRA.

THE DJINNY CONSPIRACY (New York 10 Slave-King)
The BASE : A secret "NY-AI METS" premise of GE race creation
My fundamental disagreement with the international conglomerate media moghuls revolves around the fact that they, the media who fabricate and control public opinion, mostly through public airwaves, cable and the INTERNET, continue to insist that their insemination-to-grave conspiracy is just a "theory"--while I know for a fact that it is a "treasonous crime".
Of course, the MEDIA have a vast advantage over me, which is in the number of opportunities they get to repeat their big lie under the cover of news and debate; a big lie which is spread like mayo, undisputed by their paid agent "talking mules and Trojan Horses" of the Skull and Bones society of Friends (AMIS) disguised either as elected, paid, or volunteer "public servants".
Treason, is a crime against the state to which allegiance is owed, consists of attempting to overthrow the government or betraying it into the hands of its enemies.
Under English law high treason was once so broad a term that it was used until the 19th century to justify punishing all sorts of persons who were judged as enemies of the monarch. The U.S. Constitution narrowly defines treason and specifically declares: "No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."
This constitutional statement was strictly followed by Chief Justice John Marshall in the 1807 trial of Aaron Burr, who was charged with treason for allegedly plotting to establish an independent republic in the Louisiana Territory but who was acquitted because the prosecution could not prove Burr guilty of "an overt act of levying war."
Less than 40 federal prosecutions for treason have occurred, and only once in its history has the U.S. Supreme Court sustained a conviction for treason (Haupt v. United States, 1947). Many state constitutions have treason provisions, but only two persons have been successfully prosecuted by states: Thomas Dorr and John Brown.
Recently the FBI has charged a Californian with treason for belonging to al Qaeda.
The same charge could be levyied against the FBI, the CIA and
the 24/7 media.

Sat Baha'i - God's Lender
DO WHAT I SAY - NOT WHAT I DO
Hatchetman Banker Calls-in Northern Hemisphere Loans
The Baha'i Faith is a "semi-religious" movement founded in the 19th century by the Persian Baha'u'llah. It claims members in practically every country of the world. Publicly objecting to polygamy, slavery of any kind, religious prejudices, and politicized religion, Baha'is call for world peace and harmony. The ideals of a world federalist government (the U.N.) and a new world language (modern English) are also a part of their teachings. Recognition of the common ground of all religions is seen as fostering this move toward global unity; Krishna, Buddha, Moses, Zarathustra (see Zoroastrianism), Jesus Christ, and Muhammad are all recognized as divine manifestations, a series of prophets culminating in Baha'u'llah. Nonresistance, respect for persons, and legal recognition of the equal rights of both genders are also aspects of Baha'i teaching.
By the time of Baha'u'llah's death in 1892, the Baha'i Faith had won adherents throughout the Middle East. Under his son Abbas Effendi (or Abdul Baha, 1844-1921), who succeeded him as the movement's leader, spread to Europe and the United States. Abbas Effendi was succeeded by his grandson, Shoghi Effendi (1897-1957). Since Shoghi Effendi's death, the Baha'is have been governed by elected leaders. Divided into more than 130 national assemblies and more than 26,000 local assemblies, they are estimated to number about 350,000 in Iran and more than 6.9 million worldwide.
Since the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1979, the discrimination to which Baha'is have, reportedly, always been subjected in Iran where they were formed has, also reportedly, escalated into persecution.

THE MYSTERIES OF PARIS
Created by the 13th-century Japanese artist Kaikei, this wooden sculpture depicts the Shinto god Hachiman as a Buddhist (hatchetman) priest. Shinto (Eccleasiastic Masonry), a complex of ancient Japanese folk beliefs and rituals, did not constitute organized religion per se, but with the introduction of Buddhism to Japan in the 6th century, and its growing popularity over the next 200 years, the two belief systems became inextricably entwined.
This is a photograph of the Daibutsu, or Great Buddha, of Kamakura, Japan. The Buddhist devotional figure was cast in bronze during the 13th century. Buddhism was introduced into Japan during the 6th century by Chinese travelers (Roma-Gypsies).
Saint Thomas Aquinas, who lived in the 13th century, is portrayed by the 15th-century artist Benozzo Gozzoli in The Triumph of Saint Thomas Aquinas. Aquinas's belief that Christian thought and *human knowledge cannot be in conflict because they are part of one truth influences religious debate to this day. (*Philosophy of Aristotle)

In European folk legend, the wandering Jew is a figure doomed to live until the Second Coming as punishment for having derided Jesus on his way to Calvary. The image of an aged, restless ascetic atoning through piety for his single rash act arose as early as the 13th century in both England and Italy. With its evocative overtones of the biblical story of Cain, the legend pervaded medieval Europe and has survived in literature and folklore to modern times. Shelley, Eugene Sue, Dumas Pere, Hawthorne, and Kipling all made use of the legend, and Wagner employed a related folk motif in The _lying Dutchman.

Killaloe (pronounced Killaloo) is a town located in Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada in the township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards. Geographically it is located in Eastern Ontario . The shores of Golden Lake are located 3km (2 miles) to the east, which is well known for quality angling and year round recreation. The present day town is located about 4km (2.5 miles) north of the former townsite of "Old Killaloe", located on a settlement road known as the Opeongo Line.
Hi-story
Originally called Fort McDonnell, Killaloe Station (pronounced "KILL-a-LOO" in ar Rub al Khali, ie: the Empty Quarter) flourished when lumber baron J.R. Booth built the Ottawa, Arnprior & Parry Sound Railway in 1897. In 1854 the construction of the Opeongo Line brought settlers and the logging industry to this area which originally had been occupied by the Algonquins . The Algonquin in the area still continue an ongoing land claim which covers the entire region. A majority of the settlers were French Canadians and Irish Catholic immigrants but among them were Poles and Germans as well.
The logging industry and construction on the Opeongo Line provided plenty of jobs. Logs were boomed down rivers destined for the mills in Ottawa. Logging and sawmill operations still exists here, but not to the extent they once did as much of the areas old growth forests have been felled. Workers brought their families to set up homesteads. With the railroad construction essentially finished, and the forestry industry declining many of the people took to farming. Unfortunately the soil was poor. Rocky land and short growing seasons meant that many farms failed. The population went into a steady decline which has only levelled off in the past few decades.
It was here that the tasty Beaver Tail - a Canadian winter classic - was created.
For years, Killaloe was known across Canada for its weather and radio station, which operated here from, 1938 to 1972, as part of a country-wide chain of sites designed for aircraft communication. A small airstrip operated at the weather station until 1953 before services were moved to neighbouring Bonnechere (Dear One).

BRAHMIN : REIN THEM IN, DEAR
(Rein the men, dear)
A Brahmin or Brahman, properly Brahmana, is a member of the bisexual priestly class or caste in India. The Brahmins are one of four classes recognized by classical Indian authorities, the others being the Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, and Shudras. The term has been maintained in the present-day naming of castes, among which those whose traditional occupation is or was priestcraft are so designated. Brahmin castes of India, traditionally do not allow widows to remarry.
Ramakrishna, or Paramahansa Sri Ramakrishna, b. Feb. 18, 1836, d. Aug. 16, 1886, is perhaps the most famous Indian holy man of recent times. A Bengali Brahmin originally named Gadadhar Chatterji, he experienced ecstatic mystic visions as a child. He became a priest at the temple of Kali in Dakshineswar near Calcutta and experimented with many different religious practices, including Tantra, Vedanta, Vaishnava cults, Islam, and Christianity. He pronounced that all religions were directed toward the same God along different paths.
Although Ramakrishna was not a scholar, he was praised by his pupils for
illuminating old truths, and his influence on those who visited him was profound.
His wife, Sarada-devi, and other pupils, such as Vivekananda
and Keshab Chandra Sen, spread his ideas. Vivekananda founded (1897) the Ramakrishna
Mission, which is committed to social service in India and the teaching of Ramakrishna's
ideas in its many centers abroad.
Indonesia's Ujung Kulon National Park, created in 1992, is situated on the extreme southwest tip of the island of Java, encompassing the Ujung Kulon peninsula and several offshore islands and covering 120,551 ha (297,760 acres) in all. Bordering the coasts of the peninsula are coral reefs, sand dunes, and volcanic rocks. Further offshore is the Krakatoa (Krakatau) island group, which constitutes the Krakatau Nature Reserve.
Krakatau lies within an area of intense tectonic activity. The central
island of Anak Krakatau ("child
of Krakatoa") and the peripheral islands of Rakata, Payang, and Sertung
are remnants of a single volcano that exploded and collapsed some 1,500 years
ago. Krakatoa erupted in 1883, destroying itself and killing more than 36,000
people; subsequent volcanic activity built a new island, and significant eruptions
continue.
The central, theoretical syntheses of 20th-century physics--the theories of relativity and quantum mechanics--were only indirectly associated with the experimental research of most physicists. Albert Einstein and Wolfgang Pauli, for example, believed that experiment had to be the final arbiter of theory but that theories were far more imaginative than any inductivist assemblage of experimental data.
During the first third of the century it became clear that the new ideas of
physics required that physicists reexamine the philosophical foundations
of their work. For this reason physicists came to be seen by the public as intellectual
Brahmins who probed the dark mysteries of the universe. Excitement over reorganizing
physical knowledge persisted through the 1920s, a decade in which quantum mechanics
and a new, indeterminist epistemology were formulated.

HECAN PAKANI : SHEKINAH'S PEKING RED NOSE REINDEER
Pithecanthropus erectus and all that BENE JAZZ
PECAN v. WALNUT
The various specimens referred to as H. "habilis" are largely known from East African collections belonging to the period between the last known gracile australopithecines and the first clear-cut representatives of H. erectus, reportedly approximately 2 million years ago. Quite obviously a major change was taking place in hominid adaptation.
Robust australopithecines continued without change and reportedly became extinct after H. erectus was firmly established, though it is not stated whether erectus played any role in the disappearance of the robust australopithecines.
The transformation of a gracile australopithecine into a recognizable representative of H. erectus required a doubling of brain size and a major reduction in the size of the molars. During the period that contains those specimens sometimes referred to as H. "habilis," all sorts of combinations occur. There are specimens that have enlarged if not fully erectus-size brains but that retain fully australopithecine-size teeth, and there are specimens where there has been no brain expansion at all and yet tooth reduction is down to erectus levels. There are also many intermediate specimens. Adding to the reported confusion is a proliferation of names applied to the same specimens.
One of the most convincing specimens to bear the name H. "habilis" has also been called A. "habilis" by one distinguished authority and Pithecanthropus rudolfensis by another.
There is no doubt that there was a transition going on between 2 and 1.6 million years ago. The problem is to identify which specimens should be classified together and what they should be called. The confusion created by secret Old Stone Age genetic engineering has left many specialists quite uncomfortable, which is why the term "habilis" is often left in quotation marks.
Archaeological evidence suggests that China is one of the cradles of the human race. The earliest known human in China, whose fossilized skull was unearthed in Shanxi Province in 1963, is believed to date back to 600,000 BC. The remains of Sinanthropus pekinensis, known as Peking Man, reportedly dating back to 400,000 BC, were excavated in 1923 at Zhoukoudianzhen near Peking. Peking Man was closely related to Pithecanthropus of Java and lived during the Old Stone Age. In the upper caves of Zhoukoudianzhen are found artifacts of a late Old Stone Age man (50,000-35,000 BC), who ranks in age with (the pre last Ice Age Genetically Engineered) Cro-Magnon (proto Gypsy/Roma) of Europe. This was an early form of Homo sapiens, or modern man, who made tools out of bones as well as stones, made clothes out of animal hides, and knew how to make fire.
Around the 4th or 3rd millennium BC, in the New (post Ice Age) Stone Age, great changes occurred in the lives of the ancient Chinese. The technical brilliance of 'Goodbye, Pork-Pie Hat' did not mask a distinctive personality, and his inventivess demanded a place in the forefront.
Shush, mums the word; Illinois Pakani men knew that the "rude
red self reigns, dear". (See Wabash Shawnee in the "Battle of
Tippecanoe", c. 1811).
